Career Calling Schools

Privacy for young people and families

Last updated: 6 November 2026

1. This notice is for you

This notice explains, in plain language, what happens to information when you use Career Calling Schools. If you are under 18, you may want to read it with a parent, carer or teacher.

2. You do not need an account

You can use the pathway planner, the guides and the activities without signing up and without giving your name.

3. Your planner answers

Your planner answers stay in your own browser while you use the page. We do not see them unless you choose to save your results.

If you save your results, we keep your answers and the fields that matched under a private link. The saved results do not include your name, your email address or anything else about you. Anyone with the link can open it, so share it only with people you trust, such as a parent, carer or careers adviser.

4. If you ask us to email your link

We ask for your first name and email address only so we can send you the link. We use them to send that one email and never save them in our database. We never add you to a mailing list or send you marketing.

Only ask for an email if you are comfortable doing so. If you are under 18, it is a good idea to check with a parent or carer first.

5. No tracking

This site does not use advertising, analytics or tracking scripts, and it does not set cookies. The site remembers your answers on your own device (in your browser's local storage) so you do not lose them. You can clear them at any time with the "Start again" button on the planner or in your browser settings.

6. Forms for adults

The school visit and webinar request form and the newsletter sign-up are for adults, such as careers advisers, teachers and parents.

7. Deleting a saved plan

If you would like a saved plan deleted, call or email us with the link and we will delete it. Saved plans that have not been opened for 12 months are deleted automatically.

8. Questions or worries

If you have a question or a worry about your information, ask a parent, carer or teacher to help you contact us. You can also read our full Privacy Policy.
